Summary:

We are seeking individuals that own a Ford/Lincoln/Mercury vehicle and would be interested in evaluating and reporting on the customer service received at a particular dealership in Canada (opportunities in all provinces including Quebec). This is a great opportunity to make extra money, have fun and improve the customer service nationwide.

What does a Customer Service Evaluator do?

(S)he visits the assigned location to evaluate the customer service experience, service speed, facility, overall impressions, etc. After the visit, the individual will get paid to fill out a survey about the experience. Your feedback truly makes a difference!

Compensation: Paid per visit – up to $65.00 USD service reimbursement (oil change or tire rotation) + $30.00 USD payment for completing the online survey. NOTE: additional travel may apply for specific locations.
