Job Description

We currently have a Temporary Customer Support Advisor (1 year) position available in our Fort McMurray location.

Responsibilities:

 

  1. The Customer Support Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling Brandt parts as well as provide service and after sales support to existing and new customers.
  2. Key tasks include but are not limited to the sale of labour and our parts product offering, the sale of extended warranty and preventative maintenance contracts and the sales of select wholegoods attachments.
  3. The Customer Support Advisor will work with customers to promote the use and understanding of the entire Worksight Solutions product offering.

 

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have a background in retail parts sales.
  • Knowledge of the heavy duty machinery industry is an asset.
  • Applicants must have a positive attitude as well as excellent communication, presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
  • A recent drivers abstract will be required.
