Skill Requirements:
- Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
- Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
- Work Setting: Property management companies
- Area of Specialization: Garden homes, Town and carriage homes, Condominiums, Low-rises (less than 8 stories)
- Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, MS Word, Excel, Electronic Mail
- Specific Skills: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation, Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners, Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
- Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, Own vehicle
- Work Location Information: Urban area
