Our client, a health region encompassing 20 communities in Northern Alberta is searching for a
CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR
Assess educational needs and plan, implement and evaluate approved educational offerings and clinical support based on those needs
- Participate in committees as directed
- Assist in development and implementation of policies/procedures
- Assist in provision of direct care as required
Education:
- Graduate of Recognized School of Nursing, B.S.C.N. preferred
- CPR Instructor Certification
- Other Allied Instructor Certifications an asset
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years nursing care/nursing education experience within last 5 years
- Previous adult education experience preferred
Skills:
- Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, organizational and decision making skills
- Ability to apply instructional techniques and principles of adult learning
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
