Job Description
Petrowest Construction LP is currently seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to cover maternity leave, with the possibility of becoming permanent. As the sole administrator of a small but growing office you will be responsible for variious office functions including, but not limited to those listed below.
Responsibilities: •
- Billing/AR/Payroll Entry •
- Issuing and Logging Purchase Orders •
- Coding and Logging AP invoices •
- Use of Excel to maintain spreadsheets, rate tables, estimating sheets (must have experience working with various formulas) •
- Use of specialized Account Software •
- Data Entry of Employee and Equipment hours for Cost tracking, Billing and Payroll Purposes •
- Processing New Employee Packages •
- Ordering Office Supplies •
- Answering Phones •
- Report Preparation •
Filing Qualifications: •
- 2 year minimum related experience •
- Excellent Computer Skills •
- Read/Write/Speak English •
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
