MAJOR FUNCTION & PURPOSE
Professionally, effectively, and proficiently advise, consult, sell and administer the Cellular, Mike, and other mobile telephone hardware and service requirements of the Company Customers.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with customer to complete requests for cellular/Mike phones and accessories. Create RT’s (Repair Tracking) for defective cellular/Mike phones and accessories if deemed defective to ship to appropriate depot. Invoice product as required. Read Telus bulletins on website daily. (Keep up with new product, price changes, etc.) Promote the Mission Statement and Vision of the company. Manage client contracts. (Filing) Liaise with other departments to maximize the “Team Concept.” Recommend new product lines. Participate in developing company goals, objectives, policies and procedures. Answering inside retail calls and outside lines. Must follow Tridon Retail Dress Code.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Good communication and people skills, troubleshooting and investigative skills. Ormandy. Microsoft based products. Experience in Cellular or Mike Phones are considered to be a strong asset.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATES
All courses required by Telus for PCS, Mike and Data Grade 12 diploma Microsoft Excel and Word
