Skill Requirements:
- Education: Not applicable
- Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
- Work Setting: Hotel, Restaurant, Lounge
- Type of Bartending Experience: All beverages
- Specific Skills: Organize and set up bar, Clean, sanitize and maintain bar, Prepare garnishes, Advise on wine selection, Inform customers regarding contents of cocktails or other drinks, Operate point-of-sales system, Collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment for beverages, Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock, Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is available
- Work Location Information: Staff accommodation available
